As Senior Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs.
You will be working closely with the Sr Market Director and Sr. Kitchen Manager to grow a cross-functional team, roll out new initiatives, and build the operation for future scale. Great leadership and problem-solving ability are essential– you’ll manage a local team and ensure operational excellence.
The key to the role will be positioning fulfillment operations for growth.
Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.

Pay Range for this position
$100,000 - $140,000 USD
