Job summary

KYDA Partners is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for its Franklin, Wisconsin manufacturing site. The role leads day-to-day manufacturing activities, coaches front-line teams, and drives continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost performance.

This leadership position collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet schedules, inventory targets and regulatory requirements within an FDA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing or supply chain with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance in manufacturing environments.
• Medical device manufacturing or highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities at the Franklin facility.
• Coach and develop production teams and front-line leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the site.
• Identify cost-saving, productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Establish, monitor and improve operational KPIs to drive measurable performance.
• Ensure production schedules, customer requirements and inventory objectives are met.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Support facility, maintenance, warehouse and related operational activities.
• Contribute to capital projects and implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Support regulatory, customer and internal audits.
• Build accountability, engagement and capability across the manufacturing organization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Supply Chain and senior leadership.
