Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery improvements across its Industrial Equipment and Automation division.

This role leads multiple operations, partners with contract manufacturers, and advances a safety-first culture. The candidate will develop talent, implement ITW Toolbox strategies, and deliver cross-functional improvements with suppliers and manufacturers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of production leaders to improve safety, quality, labor efficiency, and inventory.
• Strengthens relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers for automation systems.
• Establishes short- and long-term operational objectives and budgets.
• Reviews budgets and aligns with procedures.
• Uses metrics and forecasts to plan production and supply continuity.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives across internal operations and external partners.
• Travels up to 20% to coordinate with other locations.
