Qualificações

• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; participating in hiring/promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet demands.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback and training opportunities.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation processes.
