About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Ops Manager, to lead the successful implementation and adoption of Commure's Ambient AI product suite across our enterprise healthcare clients. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client onboarding, accelerated time-to-value, and long-term adoption success. You will directly manage a team of implementation specialists, own relationships with strategic clients, and dedicate a portion of your time to driving process improvements, removing blockers, and building scalable onboarding and implementation practices across the organization.
This role is fully remote with required travel 25-50%.

Compensation Range: $130K - $160K
