Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Gilbert, AZ to lead warehouse inbound and inventory operations, prescription fulfillment, and cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on safety, efficiency, and HIPAA-compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in fulfillment/warehouse leadership, with Six Sigma/Lean background and experience managing hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred for leadership roles in operations.
• 10+ years in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• 10+ years in supervisory/management roles with process improvements.
• 10+ years of OSHA safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse inbound and inventory operations.
• Lead dispense and fulfillment of hazardous and non-hazardous prescriptions.
• Manage prescription turnaround times to meet standards and patient needs.
• Ensure on-site SOX compliance related to inventory control and cycle counts.
• Ensure accurate shipping and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership to improve overall efficiency.
• Provide cross-functional leadership with Program Managers and ICQA.
• Develop and deliver KPIs to meet capacity and demand.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all warehouse inbound and inventory operations, Prescription dispense and fulfillment, Non-prescription fulfillment, Outbound Processing, and employees across multiple shifts and functions. You will be a part of the management team, and be a key stakeholder in the company, and have a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows. This role is based in Gilbert, Arizona and will report to the Director of Operations.

You Will

• In the absence of the General Manager, you will be responsible for all daily facility operations.
• Lead a team of managers, leads, and pharmacy techs in a dispense and fulfilling operation of both hazardous and non-hazardous non-sterile and sterile prescriptions.
• Be responsible for monitoring prescription turnaround time so that internal standards and patient needs are met.
• Be responsible for on-site SOX compliance as it relates to inventory control and cyclecount procedures.
• Ensure the team's processes of shipping accurately in order to eliminate all HIPAA violations and accuracy.
• Work with the Pharmacy Leadership team to analyze operations and overall efficiency for best class processing.
• Cross-functional team leadership, partnering with Program Managers, Pharmacist in Charge, ICQA, etc.
• Works well with a team and independently.
• Develop and deliver key KPIs to meet capacity and demand.
• Perform any duties and projects as assigned.

You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Master’s Degree.
• 10+ years of working experience in a Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment.
• 10+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.
• 10+ years of OSHA safety experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma/ Lean Principle experience.
• Proven experience leading technically complex projects.

Conditions of Employment

• This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
• This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
• Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
