HJF is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to plan, schedule, design, and carry out large and complex programs and projects. This position will support the National Guard program, providing weekly status reports and updates on operational efforts. It is a middle-level position in a three-tier Operations Manager series, with increased independence and initiative compared to the lower level.
This role supports the Department of Psychiatry / Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS), an esteemed organization dedicated to trauma research and education. The CSTS addresses various trauma exposures and is part of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU).
Primarily office setting.
Annual salary range: $100,500 - $186,600, based on experience and education.
