Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years' in a leadership role within the construction or utilities industry).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safety expectations.
• Monitor financial performance and project production.
• Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Pursue business growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor assigned staff; coordinate performance reviews.
