Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead product handling and customer service operations at our Syracuse facility. You will manage budgets, uphold safety standards, and supervise a team across multiple functions to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with WMS and RF technologies. Travel and on-site presence at the facility are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product handling and customer service operations to meet KPIs.
• Develop annual facility budgets and monitor progress toward goals.
• Conduct regular inspections for food safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage staff: recruiting, training, scheduling, appraising, resolving issues.
• Maintain inventory control and quality standards for perishables.
• Coordinate activities between warehouse, distribution, sales record control, and purchasing.
