Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr

We are a fun and flexible company and look forward to potentially having you on the team! 12 Oaks seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop the 24/7 valet and parking services team at the Cherokee Hotel at Harrah's. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee the supervisory team and staff of valets, bell persons, key clerks, and shuttle drivers, ensuring first-class hospitality and service. You will be responsible for account performance, achieving financial, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction goals. This role requires a strong understanding of high-volume event parking and the ability to adapt to changing demands during conferences, conventions, and special events, while maintaining hotel service standards. Previous valet management experience is required.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial and Business Systems Management: Understand business metrics, manage budgets and P&L, improve account performance, ensure fair contractual dealings, manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and payroll accuracy, and ensure compliance with business systems.
  2. Human Resources: Hire, onboard, and credential associates, recognize performance, promote talent retention, respond to feedback, train new staff, coach performance, and lead effective team meetings.
  3. Service Management: Ensure consistent service across shifts, coordinate team efforts, schedule based on property needs, train on client standards, and maintain high mystery shop scores.
  4. Client Relations Management: Build relationships with client staff, uphold communication, provide weekly reports, maintain visibility, and focus on exceeding client expectations to foster loyalty.
  5. Systems and Standards: Master company systems, train staff on equipment and SOPs, maintain a tidy environment, and complete tasks timely.
  6. Safety and Risk Management: Follow safety protocols, identify risks, train staff, report incidents promptly, document claims, and adhere to employment policies.
