Job description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support our program at a remote capacity.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

How the Role Will Make an Impact:
  • Manage and schedule all Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) activities for each MTC under MCTSP.
  • Focus on the synchronization of the training schedule.
  • Lead the Weekly Resource Synchronization Meeting (WRSM).
  • Coordinate region-to-region and surge support to ensure all training events are properly resourced.
  • Plan and provide training reports and products to the MTC Staff on workload.
  • Maintain the MTC Long Range Training Calendar and coordinate with MTC leadership regarding training events. Serve as a key leader in the absence of the SM and routinely coordinate with senior operations staff.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance (must be maintained).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with military training and training support operations.
  • At least 5 years of operations management experience.
  • Within the last 10 years, 3 years of experience with military simulations, with a robust understanding of Army MCTSP and MTC operations.
