We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of BPO campaigns and drive performance across multiple teams.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Light physical tasks may occasionally be required. The employee may need to reach, lift, move objects and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
