Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing or related sectors such as injection molding, extrusion, fabrication is preferred.
• Strong KPI and performance-management capabilities.
• Engineering background with process-improvement mindset.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple production lines, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and frontline teams to drive performance and accountability.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and control costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in a heavy manufacturing environment.

One of our clients in the heavy manufacturing industry is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Operations Manager. This person will play a crucial role in the success and expansion of their facility.

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas area (relocation assistance available)

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000
