• 7+ years of operations management experience with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to ensure effective daily operations.
• Manage day-to-day transit operations with KPI adherence.
• Analyze ridership trends and data to improve service efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and grant proposals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve transit services and adopt new technologies.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and procurement, driving continuous process improvements.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with agency goals.
• Monitor on-time performance, service reliability, and customer satisfaction; use data analytics for decisions.
