Job summary

Uline in Washington is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Lacey branch. You will oversee the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities, driving operational excellence and accountability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in operations or general management, with bonus points for warehouse, call center, or sales experience. Limited overnight travel applies; on-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Uline's Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.
• Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
