Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• Lean / Six Sigma: Green belt Lean certification required.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L for manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approx. 90 employees in a single shift production environment.
• Ensure discipline, consistency and standard work in production management.
• Manage warehouse to ensure accurate and timely material flow.
