Qualifications

• Experience in industrial services or similar environments is required.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and projects safely and efficiently.
• Experience implementing safety policies and improving operations.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture across all operations and decisions.
• Develop and enforce robust safety policies with EHS alignment.
• Drive incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Set KPIs, track metrics, and report to senior leadership.
• Oversee budgets, allocate resources, and drive cost savings.
