Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead the Operations Center of Excellence, overseeing membership, enrollment, system support, and claims. You will drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing enrollment and fulfillment, establishing KPIs, and managing vendor relationships to deliver accurate, timely services and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Direct accountability for the operation of the Operations Center of Excellence and related functions.
• Oversee enrollment and claims processes with an eye toward efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated member acquisition/retention strategies.
• Establish QA measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity across enrollment activities.
• Define KPIs and analyze data to drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery for enrollment systems.
• Oversee fulfillment operations to meet performance targets and client expectations.
• Drive end-to-end operations value through collaboration with business leads.
