Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/analytics field plus data analysis experience.
• Experience with master data governance and operational data management.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with transportation operators to understand how work is performed.
• Investigate ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution.
• Assess and improve operational master data, configurations, and governance processes.
• Translate technical concepts into nontechnical language for frontline staff.
• Lead change management efforts and guide teams through data/system changes.
• Use data analysis to validate hypotheses and monitor impact of changes.
• Conduct strategic reviews to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
