Ardent Health in Brentwood, TN seeks an Operations Counsel to join its Legal team on-site at corporate headquarters. You will prepare and review complex contracts and provide legal counsel to the Company and its affiliated healthcare operations as requested on complex issues.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Current license to practice law.
3+ years of healthcare law experience including EMTALA, HIPAA, Stark, ACA.
Experience drafting/negotiating hospital and physician contracts.

Responsabilités

Advise hospital administrators on healthcare operations, regulatory and compliance matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with focus on regulatory compliance.
Assist with system policies and procedures; conduct legal research.
Support investigations with Compliance Department.
Develop methods to achieve company goals within legal limits.
Manage relationships with departments for legal services.
Travel up to 25% as needed.
