Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to join our Global AML and Onboarding Operations (GAOO) Change & Transformation team. The candidate will be responsible for 'Portfolio Governance' across the portfolio of material change initiatives that impact GAOO. The Change Manager will be responsible for key portfolio-level routines and artefacts and will work directly with the Change Executive to manage, track and generate reporting on the portfolio. We are looking for candidates with formal change management experience and knowledge of Bank of America's Global Change Standards with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Management of portfolio routines such as regular meetings with the Portfolio Leads to collate status, financial data etc.
- Management of portfolio artefacts to proactively maintain key metrics for initiatives across the portfolio
- Coordination of the annual initiative funding process for GAOO
- Ensure the portfolio of initiatives adheres to Bank of America's Global Change Standards
- Articulate, maintain and monitor adherence to the Change & Transformation delivery framework
- Establish and roll-out Change Management best-practices, such as consistent processes and templates
- Represents the health and status of the portfolio to the change executive and senior stakeholders
- Identify, manage and escalates portfolio risks & issues
- Communicate, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to leverage necessary resources
- Drive change governance and robust change control
- Define and roll-out clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for project roles
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of project/program management experience
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify and propose the tasks & deliverables that will be necessary to achieve the desired outcome
- Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of structured project management methods
- Knowledge of Bank of America's Global Change Standards
- Experience of managing initiative funding requests and financials
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at senior levels
- Competent with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Strong presentation and communication skills Written Communications
- Ability to balance workloads
Other Qualifications/Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in Global Operations and/or AML processes desirable

- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
- Excellent verbal and communications skills. Provide clear, concise direction to the broader team while delivering comprehensive status to senior executives or project champions
