LCRA is hiring a Senior Business and Optimization Analyst Sr to perform complex operational analysis for our Construction Management group, collaborating with management and presenting statistical research, data analysis, and developing innovative programs to lead our growth.

You will develop and lead focused training, provide strategic insights, and help implement new programs to drive organizational success. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

Nine or more years in capital planning and related fields.
Experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management, and strategic business support.

Responsibilities

Formally track and report progress toward established goals and milestones for delivery of results.
Apply creative problem-solving skills to strategic issues.
Participate in cross-training activities and cross-departmental knowledge sharing.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing and developing new programs to management.
