Job summary

LCRA is hiring a Senior Business and Optimization Analyst Sr to perform complex operational analysis for our Construction Management group, collaborating with management and presenting statistical research, data analysis, and developing innovative programs to lead our growth.

You will develop and lead focused training, provide strategic insights, and help implement new programs to drive organizational success. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Nine or more years in capital planning and related fields.
• Experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management, and strategic business support.

• A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

How You'll Stand Out

• Previous transmission experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite including PowerBI
