One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Operations Management Analyst to support a Government Client by providing analytical, operational, and program management support for mission‑critical initiatives.

The role involves analyzing operational data, evaluating business processes, developing reports and presentations, and offering recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and performance. Strong communication and multi‑disciplinary coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of project/program management or related experience.
• 5+ years in analytics/support for operations management or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze technical/operational data and interpret policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct data research to support executive decision‑making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, flowcharts, and briefing materials.
• Monitor metrics and prepare recurring and ad hoc analytical reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and validate data.
• Prepare policy documents, white papers, and management reports.
• Support meetings and track action items across initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and deliverables on time.
