Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Real Estate, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, property management, business or financial analysis, process improvement, project management, or related field.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and related property management systems.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze property and portfolio financial performance including NOI, budgets, forecasts, and historical results.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; quantify financial or operational impacts.
• Develop business cases, scenarios, and supporting analyses for proposed changes.
• Lead or support process-improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation.
