Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, operations finance, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting both financial and operational functions, ideally in retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports; knowledge of Tableau/Looker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Power BI dashboards and management reporting tools providing real-time visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Conduct financial modeling to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver GAAP-compliant, timely financial reporting and variance analysis for month-end close.
• Translate data into clear narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
