Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Manager Analyst, Operations to bridge financial analysis and operations oversight. You will build models, forecast performance, and drive data-driven decisions for senior leadership.

Based in Rancho Belago, CA, this role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, GAAP reporting, and KPI monitoring. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver insightful analytics to improve efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, operations finance, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting both financial and operational functions, ideally within a retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead analyst capacity, including mentoring or managing others.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards and management reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Collect, validate, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights into material costs and KPIs.
• Deliver accurate month-end GAAP reporting and variance analysis in line with standards.
• Produce high-quality BI reports and respond to audit requests with thorough analysis.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, establishing standardized processes and quality controls.
