Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or related field.
• Active US Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Proven experience operating Ground Control Stations (GCS) for uncrewed aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Operate the J208 Ground Control Station (GCS) during human-on-the-loop autonomous evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with mission plans, airspace clearances, and ground procedures.
• Demonstrate GCS capabilities to customers and partners.
• Document system performance and coordinate with engineering on refinements.
• Participate in pre-mission setup, link verification, and post-flight debriefings.
