Qualifications

• At least 5 years of risk management or corporate strategy experience.

• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
• At least 3 years of reporting and analyzing data.
• Preferred: 6+ years of communications or program management experience.
• 4+ years of financial services risk management experience.
• 3 years of drafting and presenting deliverables to high level leadership.
• Data risk management experience.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Quicksight, and other enterprise reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with large financial institution products and services.
• Acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of our process, standards, and procedures across quarterly reporting.
• Lead end-to-end metric governance processes, including metric curation, maturity assessments, and executive reporting.
• Be a trusted stakeholder for audits, exams, and assessments with reporting impact.
• Identify and enhance monitoring and governance reporting routines for better efficiency.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and implement data-driven solutions.
