• Benchmark industry data and liaise with industry sources.
• Establish governance framework for risk management and controls within the business unit.
• Identify high risk processes and build testing programs for annual review.
• Be point person for risk events and coordinate remediation and crisis sessions.
• Oversee KRI population and risk reporting to senior forums.
• Participate in the Operational Resiliency program and stress testing.
