Job summary

Google DeepMind is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Mountain View, CA to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects across global teams. • Analyze resource and operational data to identify trends, perform ad hoc analyses, and implement strategies that reduce waste, friction, and bureaucracy.
• Lead high-priority, direct technical projects for the VP of Safety and Alignment and coordinate high-visibility executive reviews.

• Experience in business operations, which includes owning key business processes.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) safety.
• Ability to demonstrate success in fast-paced program execution and deliveries.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences, including executive leadership.

US: $252000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
