Job summary

Simon Property Group seeks an Intelligence Manager to lead a diverse team responsible for social media monitoring, information collection, and analysis across North America. The role coordinates with business partners and executive leadership to deliver timely intelligence products and reports.

The ideal candidate will integrate HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT into a unified operational picture, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and guide crisis response and threat assessments while staying

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of intelligence experience in private sector or public sector.
  • Experience leading teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with OSINT tools and threat-monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to a analyst team in a 24/7 operational environment inspiring, mentoring, and developing intelligence professionals.
  • Set priorities, delegate tasks, and manage scheduling/coverage across multiple concurrent intelligence-gathering efforts.
  • Lead recruitment, interviews, and training for new analysts; ensure ongoing analyst development.
  • Establish performance goals and KPIs; conduct weekly check-ins and annual reviews.
  • Produce intelligence reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
