Qualifications

• BS Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years leading and supporting continuous improvement projects in manufacturing or related environments; 3+ years in a traditional manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with various manufacturing methodologies and practices.
• Experience with capacity modeling.
• Expert in data manipulation within Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Data analysis/manipulation and project management experience.
• Experience leading Lean methodologies and Kaizen events.
• Systemic problem solver with root cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Works with cross-functional team on capacity vs. mix changes.
• Provides reporting analytics on continuous improvement initiatives and metrics.
• Monitors and reports on cycle-time, DL efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Drives continuous improvement to reduce cycle time, inventory, overtime and waste.
• Supports tools, methods and processes for significant process improvements.
• Guides cross-functional teams in development and execution of improvement activities.
• Prioritizes opportunities based on strategic planning objectives.
