AAON, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead enterprise-wide efforts to enhance operational performance, quality, and efficiency across sites.

You will partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to embed structured improvement methods and foster accountability and excellence. The role drives waste reduction, process stability, and stronger problem-solving capabilities while serving as a change leader and coach for sustainable business results across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or operations with CI experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads deployment of continuous improvement strategies aligned with OPEX objectives.
• Partners with site leaders to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Facilitates workshops and improvement events to boost safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coaches leaders in CI principles, standard work, and problem-solving.
• Drives a culture of observation and accountability with corrective actions.
• Identifies cost reduction opportunities while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Analyzes operational data to track progress and report to leadership.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
