BNY Advisors seeks a Senior Operational Due Diligence Analyst (VP/SVP) in New York City or Boston. You will lead reviews of investment managers, assess risk across business, compliance and operations, and coordinate meetings with senior personnel to document findings and remediation actions.

You will prepare thorough reports for internal and external stakeholders, present conclusions to governance bodies, and drive process improvements while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in financial services roles including due diligence.
• Knowledge of PE/VC/real estate and hedge funds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational due diligence reviews of managers via on-site, virtual, and desktop assessments.
• Evaluate business, compliance, operational, and fund-related risks and controls.
• Coordinate due diligence meetings with fund personnel and review key areas.
• Prepare and present clear due diligence reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain remediation plans and monitor ongoing risk developments.
• Support client-facing deliverables and RFPs with SMEs.
