Job summary

Symbotic in Washington State is hiring a Senior Operational Auditor to lead audits of supply chain operations, including logistics and inventory management, to assess effectiveness and internal controls. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain; inventory management is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or project systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Procore) preferred.
• Professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma, ISO, PMP) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

What we need

As the Senior Operational Auditor, you will lead operational audits focused on supply chain operations, including logistics and inventory management to assess operational effectiveness and internal controls. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, provide actionable recommendations, and support continuous process improvement. You will use your analytical skills to break down complex business problems and drive meaningful, actionable improvements. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment and the ability to make a meaningful impact. This role reports to the Director, Internal Audit.

What we do

The Internal Audit team is a part of the Symbotic Finance team. They bring a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Symbotic’s risk management, internal controls, and governance processes supporting such controls.

Remote/Hybrid Opportunity

Our Environment Up to 30% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to customer or supplier locations. Employees may be required to use a personal credit card for business travel expenses, which are reimbursed based on the program guidelines. The base range for this position in the posted location is $101,000.00 - $138,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
