With a legacy of breakthroughs in graphics, AI, and high-performance computing, NVIDIA is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Operating System Architect to help craft the next era of accelerated computing for autonomous machines. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in evolving our system software stack across platforms—from automotive and robotics to large-scale data centers. Your responsibilities will include making architectural decisions on OS kernel subsystems, scheduling, memory management, power/performance optimization, and I/O frameworks. Collaboration with hardware, software, and research teams to design features that drive NVIDIA's next-generation products will be essential.

The base salary range is $184,000 - $356,500, determined by location, experience, and market rates. Additional benefits and equity are provided. NVIDIA accepts applications continuously.
