Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment. The role focuses on applying the nursing process and promoting best practices across perioperative care.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s or Bachelor's in Nursing, an active RN license with multi-state eligibility, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and at least 5 years of direct patient care experience.

Formación

• An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• At least 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families for effective communication and goal achievement.
• Coordinate and document safe care delivery, supporting performance improvement, and participating in shared governance.
• Serve as a preceptor and promoting evidence-based practice, research, and quality initiatives.
• Develop protocols, optimizing resource use, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
