Job summary

Prismarq LLC is seeking an OpenText xECM Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise content management solutions using OpenText Extended ECM. The candidate will lead technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure deployments with SAP integrations and cloud considerations.

The role requires deep ECM knowledge, strong integration capabilities, and the ability to guide solution lifecycles while mentoring teams and driving governance and performance improvements across the stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) with at least 5+ years focused on OpenText xECM.
• Proven expertise in architecting OpenText Content Server and Extended ECM solutions.
• Experience integrating OpenText xECM with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) using ArchiveLink and Business Workspaces.
• Strong knowledge of workflow design, metadata mapping, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of OpenText xECM solutions ensuring security and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Design and implement integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Architect and configure Content Server components, including repositories, workflows, and metadata management.
• Develop and optimize content lifecycle workflows and records management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
• Conduct performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Stay current with OpenText roadmaps and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to pre-sales and client discussions as SME.
