Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Content Manager/OpenText Content Server Admin for the DOJ National Security Division. This onsite role at 175 N Street NE, Washington, DC requires immediate placement and active clearance.

Responsibilities include installing and administering OpenText Content Server and Kofax Capture Server, training staff, and delivering clear communications. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in ECM environments and a TS clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise content management (ECM) environments, with hands-on work on OpenText Content Server.
• Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree preferred, from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• Ability to install, configure, and administer OpenText Content Server and Kofax Capture Server.
• Experience with backups and restores of ECM systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer OpenText Content Server and Kofax Capture Server.
• Provide user support and training for staff on ECM tools.
• Prepare written and oral communications.
• Implement procedures for stable configuration and change control.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
