Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, and CI/CD.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining OpenShift clusters, automating provisioning and upgrades, and implementing GitOps workflows with Argo CD to ensure scalable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years IT experience with container platforms including 3+ years OpenShift.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, and container networking.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
• Hands-on scripting with Bash, Python, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
• Automate provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Argo CD).
• Configure networking, storage, security, and multi-tenant OpenShift environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD.
• Implement monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and platform security.
• Collaborate with development teams, optimize workloads, and mentor junior engineers.
