ITASCA North America is seeking a Principal Geomechanics/Mining Engineer to provide technical leadership and grow client relationships across the U.S. This role requires expertise in mining geomechanics and a minimum of 15 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, lead complex projects, and guide clients in making practical geomechanical decisions. Preferred locations include Denver or Minneapolis with some remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Proven technical excellence in mining geomechanics.
• Strong experience with open pit geomechanics.

Responsibilities

• Guide advanced numerical modeling and client recommendations.
