Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in project freight forwarding.
• Experience with breakbulk, RORO, and OOG flat rack shipments.
• Experience with CargoWise is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OOG import and export shipments.
• Issue delivery orders to trucking carriers and warehouses.
• Ensure cargo is delivered on time and keep customers informed of any changes or delays.
• Mentor and train fellow team members on OOG cargo operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for team operational issues.
