Qualifications

• Five years in a Project Superintendent role or similar on-site leadership.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field preferred.
• Technical knowledge of construction materials, methods and practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
• Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, CPR, LEED Accredited Professional or LEED Green Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction management from pre-construction through post-construction.
• Coordinate with Project Manager/Engineer and supervise the jobsite.
• Communicate with Owner, Architect/Engineer, Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Coordinate work of Contractors with expedited material deliveries.
• Monitor and control job costs and schedule.
• Ensure on-site quality control and safety program compliance.
• Administer trade contracts and change management at the jobsite.
• Complete projects within time, cost and quality requirements.
