Job description

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Engineer. NVIDIA Networking unit has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our high-speed products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another. We need a creative individual to lead interconnect transmitters and products yield performance in a mass production environment. Responsibilities include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage, capacity, and reduce production costs. What you'll be doing:

1. Working onsite at our CM production site test floor (Chengdu main site); travel to other sites as required.
2. Maintaining high-quality product deliveries through data and failure analysis.
3. Handling production infrastructure & jigs, supporting stability and quality with no production holds.
4. Addressing production issues and solving problems promptly.
5. Characterizing and implementing systems and procedures in the production line.
6. Driving the CM towards full independence and responsibility.
7. Supporting line extension to increase test capacity.
8. Analyzing production test performance to generate cost-saving plans and improve Tier 1 training and tools.

What we need to see:

1. BSc (MS preferred) in EE/Software or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in production lines.
3. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
4. Experience with test stations and test program debugging.
5. Linux and Windows experience.
6. Knowledge of networks.
7. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
8. Background in statistics and data analysis (JMP).
9. Fast learner and self-learner.
10. Good English skills (writing and speaking).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

1. Experience in Python/C++ and automation.
2. Electro-optic production experience.
