The ideal candidate bridges both technical and functional OneStream backgrounds, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, IT, and FP&A teams to design solutions, build dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OneStream or related EPM/CPM experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting.
• Experience in OneStream implementations, configuration, or functional consulting.
• Ability to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support OneStream applications.
• Translate business requirements into OneStream solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain OneStream rules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
• Troubleshoot data issues and provide effective solutions.
• Gather requirements and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and transfer knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
