Deloitte’s GPS practice seeks an Associate Vice President, Analytics and Insights, to lead OneStream architecture, design, and integration efforts from our Washington, D.C. area client engagements. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and mentor delivery teams to meet client objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple streams, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• OneStream Architect Certification required.
• 7+ years designing, building, and deploying OneStream applications.
• 7+ years developing OneStream extensibility, customization, and integration solutions.
• 7+ years leading technical design activities for enterprise implementations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 0–25% based on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of OneStream applications, including architecture and integration components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned to objectives.
• Define and oversee complex integration approaches with upstream/downstream systems.
• Mentor developers, review deliverables, and govern development standards.
• Resolve escalated technical issues across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
