Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice seeks a Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II to design, develop, and deploy OneStream applications. You will lead technical design, mentor developers, and drive complex data integrations across ERP and data warehouse systems.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, manage dashboards, workflows, and interdependencies, and travel as needed to client sites, with a focus on delivering high-impact finance

Qualifications

• OneStream Architect Certification is required.
• 5+ years designing, building, deploying OneStream applications.
• 5+ years developing OneStream rules, dashboards, workflows, data integrations.
• 3+ years leading technical design activities and mentoring developers.
• 3+ years integrating OneStream with ERP, data warehouse, or source systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Travel 0-25% based on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of OneStream applications, including extensibility, business rules, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned to client objectives and platform capabilities.
• Design and support complex integrations between OneStream and upstream or downstream systems using approved methods and tools.
• Mentor developers, review technical deliverables, and provide guidance on development standards and architecture.
• Resolve escalated technical issues across the application lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, post-deployment).
