Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a OneStream Solution Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of a large-scale OneStream CPM implementation aligned with SAP S/4HANA finance standards. This role requires hands-on leadership across design, build, test, and go-live to ensure a high-quality, business-ready solution.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Finance Technology or Enterprise Systems delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale OneStream implementations (close, consolidation, reporting).
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (R2R/FICO) experience (GL, AP, AR, FA, intercompany, multi-ledger, multi-currency).
• Experience delivering global programs with 200+ users across regions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, drive decisions and deliver outcomes.
• Hands-on Delivery Lead with deep system engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for the OneStream CPM implementation from design through go-live.
• Serve as the single point of ownership across Finance, SAP S/4 teams, and the System Integrator.
• Drive program milestones, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery risks.
• Lead hands-on design activities: OneStream models, consolidation logic, business rules, reporting structures.
• Analyze and resolve data integration issues between SAP S/4HANA and OneStream, focusing on close, consolidation, inventory, and costing impacts.
• Lead defect triage and root-cause resolution during SIT, UAT, parallel close and go-live.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions; drive decisions, ownership, and timelines.
• Hold the System Integrator accountable for scope, quality, and delivery outcomes.
