Job summary

The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute is seeking a TI Sr. Clinical Research Assistant to manage oncology study data, regulatory documentation, and coordination of complex trials under minimal supervision.

The role covers start-up tracking, IRB/consent workflows, budget and contract processes, data management, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and 1 year of relevant experience OR Associate's and 3 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience OR Equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong data management and regulatory knowledge; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and PC applications including MS Excel, Oracle, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex oncology clinical trials data management and regulatory components.
• Oversee oncology study start-up processes including CTRP/IRB submissions and consent forms, and related communications.
• Manage data collection and entry into Case Report Forms, data queries, and quality control.
• Assist coordination of monitoring visits and maintain collaboration with internal and external partners.
